Cancellations:
Within 24 hours: 15% fee
1–7 days: 25% fee
8–21 days: 75% fee
After 21 days: No refund
No refunds once production enters final assembly or within 14 days of delivery
Defective Products:
We repair or replace defective machines. Refunds considered only if issues persist. Report defects within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Change of mind after production, misuse, delays from third parties, or modifications.
6-month limited warranty covering mechanical or material defects. Void if altered, misused, or externally damaged. Claims must be submitted in writing within 6 months.
Refunds processed within 21 working days.
